These terms are an agreement between you and Caravaca Labs, LLC regarding Invoice Generator. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you may accept these terms for that organization.

The service

Invoice Generator provides document creation, calculation, PDF rendering, local history, and optional account, sharing, sending, and API features. Features may change as the service is improved. Material terms affecting your use will be reflected on this page.

Your documents and responsibilities

• You retain responsibility for and rights in the document content you submit.
• You must have permission to process and share personal or business information entered into the service.
• You are responsible for reviewing calculations, tax treatment, required fields, rates, and final documents.
• You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, and public document links.
• You must keep your own records and backups when required for business, accounting, or legal purposes.

No legal, tax, or accounting advice

Templates, calculators, country notes, and educational content are general tools and information. They do not determine legal compliance or replace advice from a qualified professional. Calculation methods and limitations are documented on Accuracy and Methodology.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent a document's source or payment status;
• upload malware, probe security without authorization, or interfere with service availability;
• access another user's data or exceed access granted by a public link or API key; or
• circumvent rate limits or use automated traffic in a way that harms the service or other users.

Accounts and suspension

You must provide accurate account information and promptly address unauthorized use. Caravaca Labs may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Intellectual property

Caravaca Labs and its licensors retain rights in the application, branding, and first-party site content. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use documents you create for your own lawful personal or business purposes.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Caravaca Labs does not warrant uninterrupted availability, universal legal compliance, or that every template or calculation is suitable for every jurisdiction or transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caravaca Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
